Meet the Instructor

Instructor

Henry Danielson

Mr. Danielson has expert knowledge in Cybersecurity/Computer Security and has obtained his Certified Information Systems Security Office (CISSO) in 2019. Henry helped pivot the state championship California Cybersecurity Challenge in 2020 to all virtual. His guidance and support was able to support Defcon’s Aerospace village @ Defcon Safe Mode 2020 by running the CCIC Mission Allenium Satellite challenge. The use of 3D gamification challenges and Amazon Sumerian was an integral part. The NIST/NICE Framwork was integrated into the CCIC 2020. Mr. Danielson’s experience integrating technology in an educational setting, combined with his interpersonal skills, serve him well as Director of Technology at Coast Unified School District for fifteen years. Henry has taught multiple courses in Cybersecurity. Some of the audiences include; college students, military, defense contractors, legislative analyst's in Sacramento, CA, K12 teachers and staff and students. Mr. Danielson was a faculty member of the 2018-2021 GenCyber teacher training course at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, which helped equip students against cyber-attacks in education.
